Sejahtera Unggul Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated Accounting Supervisor to join our team. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting activities of our company and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial records. This role offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment in Tangerang, Banten.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the accounting department's daily operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Train and mentor junior accountants to develop their skills and knowledge.,Conduct regular audits of financial records to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.,Prepare and present financial forecasts and budgets to senior management.,Ensure the proper documentation and archiving of financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting regulations and practices.
