In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and preparation of banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and suppliers.,Set up and decorate banquet areas according to the event theme and requirements.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during the event.,Ensure that all guests are attended to and that their needs are met.,Assist in the clean-up and post-event tasks, including returning all equipment to its proper place.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area at all times.,Assist in the training and supervision of other banquet staff members.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure that they have a positive experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic kitchen and food preparation techniques.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Familiarity with basic event planning and management techniques.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
