📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and distribution.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.
• Work closely with the management team to achieve company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Proven track record of managing operations and driving efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with transportation and logistics software, such as JDA or Manhattan Associates.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar quality management system is a plus.
