📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of next-gen e-commerce technologies, including AI-driven personalization, predictive analytics, and IoT integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address key business challenges, proposing innovative solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, conducting thorough research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Architect and oversee the deployment of scalable, secure, and high-performance e-commerce platforms using Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, and SAP Hybris.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Present and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of e-commerce systems, ensuring they meet or exceed performance benchmarks.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in e-commerce technology and innovation.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing cutting-edge e-commerce technologies and solutions.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, and SAP Hybris.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Certifications in relevant technologies, such as Salesforce Certified Commerce Cloud Consultant or Adobe Certified Expert in Experience Manager, are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse and collaborative team environment.
