📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons for students of various ages and skill levels.,Create and maintain lesson plans, worksheets, and other teaching materials.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their English skills.,Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a well-rounded and comprehensive education for students.,Participate in professional development activities and workshops to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and techniques.,Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and growth.,Attend to administrative tasks such as grading, record-keeping, and other related duties as needed.,Promote a love for learning and a respect for diversity and inclusion in the classroom.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in an English language classroom.,Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.,Ability to create and deliver engaging and effective lessons for students of various ages and skill levels.,Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.,Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.,Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.

🛠️ Keahlian

Teaching English to speakers of other languages (TESOL/TESL certification is a plus).Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to create and deliver engaging and effective lessons.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.Passion for teaching and a dedication to student success.
