CIRCUIT Ekspansindo is seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and convenience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors, guests, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.,Check-in and check-out guests, and ensure their needs are met.,Maintain the reception area, including cleaning and organizing.,Handle front desk transactions, such as payments and reservations.,Assist with event planning and coordination, if applicable.,Monitor and maintain security protocols and procedures.,Provide information about the company and its services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with basic security protocols and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.
