📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct gap analysis and develop action plans to help clients achieve ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality and information security management systems.
• Facilitate internal audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare and present audit reports and management reviews to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest ISO standards and industry best practices.
• Support training and awareness programs for employees on quality and information security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ISO standards into business operations.
• Provide consultative support to clients on continuous improvement and risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in quality management, information security, or a related field.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards and their implementation.
• Proficiency in using SAP QM and ISO Manager software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
