📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and performance,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Handle employee grievances and conflicts,Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Proficient in using HR software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus,Experience in a multinational or diverse work environment is a plus
