📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked and that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team and improving restaurant performance.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
