📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the sales team, setting goals and providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to develop their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
