📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the talent acquisition process from start to finish.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, hiring partners, and internal stakeholders.,Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions to ensure we are attracting the right candidates.,Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure we are meeting our hiring goals.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent in a competitive market.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.
