📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing a team of tellers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints effectively.,Ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.,Monitoring and maintaining cash levels to prevent shortages or excesses.,Training and developing team members to enhance their performance and skills.,Complying with all company policies and procedures.,Reporting to management on daily operations and any issues that arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or banking role.,Proven ability to manage and lead a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good understanding of banking and financial services.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and security measures.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field is preferred.
