• Design and deliver impactful training programs that align with strategic business goals.
• Develop and implement training initiatives to enhance employee skills and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Utilize learning management systems like Moodle and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams to create engaging and effective training solutions.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness to continuously improve our learning and development programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs meet the specific needs of our employees.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance our training offerings.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional and personal growth.
• Evaluate and report on the impact of training programs to demonstrate their value and ROI.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record in designing and delivering training programs.
• Certification in learning and development (e.g., ATD Certified Professional (CPLP), SHRM-CP, or PMP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems like Moodle and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to continuously improve training programs.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
