📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
• Manage and train staff to ensure high levels of customer service and food quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all food and supplies are properly stocked.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Work with the management team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and properly recorded.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the foodservice industry.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety and sanitation, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all aspects of the operation.
