Hub Silver Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial reports to support our business operations. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and competitive compensation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.,Prepare and reconcile bank statements, payroll records, and other financial documents.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial reports and analysis to support business decision-making.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Support the accounting team in audits and internal controls.,Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
