📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services effectively.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance standards.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior is beneficial.
