📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the customer base.,Train and mentor new sales team members to ensure consistent service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer relations.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.,Understanding of the local market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
