🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.,Proven track record of managing high-performing teams.,Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with HR management and best practices is a plus.
