In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's full-set accounts and financial reporting processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the general ledger, including posting transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.,Oversee the preparation of financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Conduct regular reviews of financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.,Assist in the preparation of budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and finance team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial reporting and accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in general ledger accounting and financial reporting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
