📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all logistics operations including inventory management, warehouse activities, and transportation logistics.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Manage a team of logistics coordinators and ensure they are trained and motivated.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics activities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to logistics.,Driver's license is a plus.
