📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and assist guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about the company and its services.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle emergency situations and ensure guest safety.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting meetings and events.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in office software.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
