📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and customer needs in designated regions.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Manage sales territories, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team and management.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote Ocean Space products.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in marine or aquatic products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
