📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, including Pajak, Perusahaan, dan Lainnya (PPL) and Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 21.
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain and update financial records and systems, ensuring data integrity and security.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with a proven track record in leading a team.
• Certifications in Indonesian accounting standards, such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Akuntan Publik Indonesia (API).
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, and QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
