Utilizing data analytics and retail management software such as SAP Retail and Microsoft Dynamics, you will track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data-driven strategies to optimize store performance and customer experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage multiple retail outlets, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets and operational excellence standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of store managers and supervisors, providing them with the tools, training, and support they need to excel.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, address issues, and celebrate successes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Utilize data analytics and retail management software such as SAP Retail and Microsoft Dynamics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data-driven strategies to optimize store performance and customer experience.
• Implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to align store operations with overall business objectives and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to support store operations and drive cost efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Deep understanding of the local market and consumer behavior in Bangka Belitung.
• Proven experience in utilizing data analytics and retail management software such as SAP Retail and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
