📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Fusion ERP systems, ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy.
• Lead the integration of various business processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategies for the continuous improvement of ERP systems and processes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of ERP solutions.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies related to ERP systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align ERP initiatives with business objectives and drive overall growth.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in ERP technology and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP management, preferably with Oracle Fusion.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing ERP systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP best practices, including process mapping, workflow optimization, and change management.
• Certification in Oracle Fusion ERP or relevant ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using Oracle Fusion ERP tools and software, including Oracle Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, and Oracle Hyperion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
