Advanced Energy is seeking a skilled IT Site Support Specialist to join our team in Badung, Bali. This role is crucial for maintaining our LAN/WAN and internet infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and providing top-tier technical support.

As an IT Site Support Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting network issues, configuring and maintaining network devices, and ensuring the reliability and performance of our IT infrastructure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and troubleshoot network issues to ensure seamless operation of LAN/WAN and internet infrastructure.
• Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of IT infrastructure by implementing best practices and standards.
• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
• Document and maintain detailed records of network configurations and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement network upgrades and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest network technologies and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT site support, with a focus on network infrastructure.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar are a plus.
• Proficient in using network management tools such as Cisco Prime, SolarWinds, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL or IT service management frameworks is a plus.
