📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Execute face-to-face sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales and marketing skills.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using sales and marketing software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Familiarity with market research tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
