📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of all mechanical and electrical systems in the hatchery facility.
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, including OSHA and industry-specific guidelines.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize system performance and reduce downtime.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with overall facility operations.
• Provide training and mentorship to new maintenance technicians and staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with a focus on poultry hatchery facilities.
• Certification in electrical safety (e.g., NECA, OSHA) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical distribution.
• Experience with maintenance management software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
