📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, from design to production and launch.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of new electronic components using industry-standard tools like Keysight Technologies and Agilent Technologies equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product specifications are met and performance standards are achieved.
• Assist in the development and implementation of test plans and procedures.
• Document and report on NPI activities, including test results and process improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance NPI efficiency and effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the NPI process.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in RF and microwave technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related technical role, preferably in the RF or microwave industry.
• Strong understanding of electronic component design and testing principles.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard testing equipment and software, such as Keysight Technologies and Agilent Technologies tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Certification in relevant testing standards, such as IPC-A-610 or IPC-2221, is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
