📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations at our petroleum stations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Manage a team of 5-7 staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
Monitor inventory levels, order fuel and supplies as needed, and maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular station audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with the regional manager to develop and implement operational strategies.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and open communication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Station Supervisor or similar role in the petroleum industry.
Proven track record of operational excellence and team leadership.
Strong knowledge of petroleum products, pricing, and industry regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Certification in petroleum safety and regulations (e.g., ISO 45001, OSHA) is a plus.
